E100 is a strong alkaline cleaning powder which is particularly effective in removing burnt on grease matter and raw dough residue. Put warm water in the tank to submerge the heating coil, add 180 grams of Weihong per 1 liter of water and heat up to 80 ~ 90 ℃, soak the equipment to be cleaned for 10-15 minutes.。

For cleaning of deep fat frying equipment /

doughnut fryers and French fries machines.
